Our in-house technical support center provides 24x7x365 Multilingual Call Center support to both property staff and guests. Using experienced technical service representatives, we serve our worldwide clients. With this technology, it allows us to remotely log in to the server and this helps us quickly resolve a support call. All support calls made to our technical support center are logged and tracked through real-time status reports. Representatives offer care support in English, French, and Spanish languages.

Remote Monitoring and Management of Network Devices
Not just an Internet gateway, it is also a fault management tool that provides property owners with real-time monitoring and management of multi-vendor IP devices. It monitors the network 24/7, recovers service automatically, and alerts the right people for any failed IP devices on the network. To avoid costly downtime, we will send an alert notification for an impending failure and, if necessary, will also automatically restart the failed device. The list of supported network devices and services include CPE devices, mini-bar systems, energy systems, VoIP, VoD, Internet services, PMS interfaces, and any IP device or service on the network.
